As a Global Mobility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relocation and international assignments within our organization. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to support our global talent mobility objectives, ensuring a seamless transition for employees across borders, and delivering superior services to our business.
Key responsibilities:Strategy: Implement a global mobility strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring it supports talent acquisition, retention, and development goals. Policy Development: Maintain and update global mobility policies and guidelines, addressing areas such as employee relocation, international assignments, immigration, tax compliance, and related matters.
Program Management: Manage the end-to-end process of employee mobility, including assignment planning, immigration processes, tax equalization, relocation assistance, and repatriation.
Compliance: Stay current with international laws, regulations, and best practices related to global mobility, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations in various jurisdictions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition teams, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for global mobility initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to mobility programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize processes and improve program effectiveness.
Team Management: Act as the primary point of contact for specialists managing international assignments and relocations, offering guidance, support, and assistance throughout the process.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in global mobility practices, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business impact.
Qualifications for the role:To excel in this role, you bring a solid foundation of qualifications and experiences that position you as a leader in global mobility. You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, international relations, or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications such as GMS, CRP, or SCRP would be a valuable asset, showcasing your commitment to excellence in this domain.
Your proven track record includes at least 10 years of leadership experience in global mobility management, where you have successfully overseen teams managing international assignments and employee relocation programs. You possess an in-depth understanding of international immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions, enabling you to navigate the complexities of global talent mobility seamlessly.
Strong project management skills are at the core of your professional repertoire. You are adept at leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and teams while delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build meaningful relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You have an analytical mindset and are proficient in using data analysis and reporting tools to track program metrics, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions. With cultural sensitivity and a deep awareness of the unique challenges involved in global talent mobility, you are well-equipped to address the nuanced needs of a global workforce.

US Candidates Only: While base salary is determined by factors such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $139,000 and $230,000 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
