- Plan, coordinate and supervise site preparations and advise customers and contractors for the installation of SHS software products and related hardware, to ensure efficient and timely execution of installations and upgrades according to technical and safety regulations and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Review of SHS sales orders and contract upgrades for the assigned region to ensure the deliverables are compatible and achievable
- Coordinate and supervise site preparations with customers, in order to ensure sites are contractually compliant for SHS products installations
- Provide project management services by planning SHS activities and resources for installation of SHS products on prepared customer sites, to ensure installations and upgrades can be carried out from start to end according to plans established and contracts agreed with customers
- Collect documents of Acceptance Test results, to ensure that all contractual conditions are met according to schedule for final handover of the installation project to the customers
- Plan, design and manage the implementation of all new system installations and large system upgrades, to ensure highest quality whilst minimizing costs
- Interface externally with customers and 3rd party vendors / architects for the timely execution of projects to ensure that they can perform their work according to established installation project plans and that necessary actions are taken to resolve issues and problems
- Record all information resulting from project meetings and site inspections with customers, SHS installation engineers and external contractors, in order to provide all parties, the necessary information to enable them to perform their activities according to established installation project plans
- Maintain procedures and tools such as Task-Ray, Dashboard, Gantt charts, Travel reports, check lists and escalation reports to enable all parties to perform their activities according to established installation project plans
- Interface internally with Installation Supervisors/Peer Project Managers / sales organization / order processing / centralized services to provide them the necessary technical support on installations and optimize customer relations
- Develop and maintain close working relationships between SHS sales, order processing, installation teams, applications teams, Global and regional service managers, to achieve smooth processing of customer orders according to installation and upgrade plans and provide regular reports on ongoing installation projects
- Monitor installation process indicators and conduct debriefings, in order to track issues and take corrective actions to solve problems and ensure installations are carried out according to established installation project plans. Monitor customer facility preparation and coordinate equipment shipment schedules to ensure timely and effective installation and commissioning of equipment
- At completion of a project, collect relevant documents such as but not limited to:
- Acceptance Test results
- Acceptance Letters and/or Installation Verification Forms
- Customer configuration information
- to ensure that all contractual conditions are met according to schedule for final handover of the installation project to the customer and local SHS Service
- Provide accurate data for revenue recognition to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Review / approve documentation flow per project to use consistent work methods
- Perform other duties as assigned
- As a subject matter expert, delivers product and/or procedural training to other project managers.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years project management experience in IT equipment, capital equipment, or healthcare technology field
- Project management knowledge and proven experience planning and executing projects across functional interfaces
- Knowledge of PC-based systems, network design, software control systems and server management
- Experience deploying software in healthcare environments and familiarity with medical device/product installation processes
- Fluency in local language and English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70% of the time
- Ability to work normal and non-normal hours as required to support customers
- Business administration skills including quotations, costing, and execution monitoring
