Job Description

The Global Mobility & HR Operations analyst supports the execution of global mobility processes within the Shared Business Services (SBS) organization. The role is responsible for accurate handling of mobility case data, system updates, documentation, and coordination activities.

The role contributes to the efficient and compliant delivery of mobility services, supporting employees, HR stakeholders, and external vendors throughout the lifecycle of mobility cases.

Main Responsibilities:  

Mobility Case Administration

  • Support administration of global mobility cases, including initiation, tracking, and closure of cases.
  • Maintain case records and ensure timely progression of activities across stakeholders.

Data Management and System Updates

  • Maintain accurate employee mobility data in HR systems (e.g. Workday).
  • Perform system updates related to assignments, relocations, and employee lifecycle changes.
  • Ensure data consistency across systems and documentation.

Coordination and Case Tracking

  • Coordinate mobility activities across HR, employees, and external vendors.
  • Track case progress and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support communication related to mobility processes.
  • Interact and coordinate with external vendors

Documentation and Compliance Support

  • Maintain required documentation for mobility cases.
  • Support the preparation of and monitor the execution of mobility related documentation
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation in line with policies and compliance requirements.

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Support preparation of mobility-related reports and tracking of case volumes and status.
  • Maintain data used for reporting and analysis.

Cross-Process Exposure

  • Support basic data preparation and administrative activities related to Annual Pay processes as required.
  • Develop foundational understanding of compensation processes to support cross-functional collaboration.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency, and standardization.
  • Support the development, improvements and updates to SOPs, and their implementation.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, compensation support, shared services, or data-related roles
  • Exposure to global mobility processes
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday is an advantage) or data-heavy processes
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills

Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of global mobility processes and employee lifecycle events
  • Awareness of documentation and compliance requirements in HR processes
  • Understanding of case management and service delivery concepts
  • Awareness of service delivery concepts such as SLAs and case management is an advantage

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, equivalent experience will also be considered

Languages

  • English (Fluent) 

Technical/ Functional skills: 

  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, case management tools)
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and detail
  • Ability to manage case-related data and documentation
  • Familiarity with tracking tools and reporting
  • Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
