- Perform daily operational support including trade matching, settlements, post‑settlement processing, and claims management.
- Address trade breaks, mismatches, and escalations by collaborating with Front Office, Brokers, Custodians, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct positions and cash reconciliations related to trade transactions.
- Actively identify and mitigate operational, settlement, and reputational risks.
- Support root‑cause analysis for production issues and contribute to process improvements or automation initiatives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Front Office, onshore/offshore teams, and external partners.
- Participate in cross‑skilling initiatives and escalate issues to SMEs or Team Leads as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Support, Middle Office, Investment Operations, or Fund Accounting.
- Solid knowledge of securities instruments such as Equities, Corporate/Government Bonds, FX trades, and Time Deposits.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to understand process workflows and system requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, handle time‑sensitive deliverables, and manage complex issues.
- Experience using trading and investment platforms such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, or custodian portals.
- Knowledge of the end‑to‑end Trade Lifecycle and data management processes (pricing, settlements, reconciliation).
- Experience with issue management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Background in proposing or implementing process automation.
- Investment‑related certification(s) is an advantage.
