Your New Role
You will be a key contact for our global master data network, working closely with the Global Process Lead for SAP Master Data and other Supply Chain stakeholders. Your role requires a passion for working with data, systems, and governance to drive improvements.
Given we collaborate with colleagues in different time zones, some flexibility in working hours is expected.
Main Tasks
- Develop, enhance, and drive best practices and processes across the FDB Master Data Network.
- Collaborate with master data teams and stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure alignment on how SAP master data is utilized.
- Maintain essential documentation, including global standard operating procedures, work instructions, data requirement sheets.
- Monitor compliance with Master Data Governance standards and guidelines.
- Participate in Global SAP Process Lead and SAP Change Advisory Board meetings, to assess impact on Master Data.
- Coordinate SAP S4 HANA initiatives that affect supply chain processes and master data across various functional areas and regions.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic master data initiatives across the FDB Master Data network.
- Leverage technology solutions to identify and implement efficiency and compliance opportunities. This is done in close collaboration with our Supply Chain Digital Integration Specialist.
- Serve as a system super user for SAP Master Data.
Your Talents and Skills
- Experience with SAP Master Data, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of master data management and governance concepts.
- Analytical and logical mindset, with the ability to critically assess master data implications.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels across regions and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus), both written and verbal.

Your new team
You will be a key member of the Supply Chain SAP Master Data Management Team in Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark, who is responsible for our Production Master Data in SAP S4 HANA. This team is part of the Supply Chain Organization who supports the global master data management network across all our sites.
