ESET, as a leader on the global cybersecurity market, is strongly focused on our channel partner success. We are expanding our ESET Global Marketing Programs team to strengthen our competence in channel marketing in the B2B segment.

Job description

In this role, you will conceptualize and prepare channel marketing programs for indirect sales channel partners that will be globally adopted by the ESET offices and regions. Based on the B2B segment strategy and channel sales priorities, you will be transforming B2B campaigns and communication into practical programs, that will enable ESET channel partners around the world to promote ESET solutions and to acquire new customers.

Your role will be to:

  • Assist the Global Marketing Programs Manager and key sales and marketing stakeholders with ongoing projects by tailoring them to the needs of the channel partners.
  • Enhance the long-term programs to support the acquisition of new channel partners and to grow the potential of the existing channel partner base. Support the channel marketing colleagues around the world in the roll-out and execution on the respective markets.
  • Cooperate with segment marketing and sales teams to deliver the right tools and content to engage and to motivate channel partners to promote and sell ESET solutions to their customer base.
  • Focus on the Marketing-as-a-Service approach, delivering end-to-end programs for easy adoption and deployment tailored to the specifics of the indirect sales channel model, covering the whole marketing funnel.
  • Manage the creative workflow: from briefing of internal teams to delivery of new collaterals or update of existing assets.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of the programs, collect feedback and prepare best practice guidance.
  • Advocate for your outcomes. Be ready to socialize the campaigns to internal stakeholders in internal communication such as blogs and webinars.

To successfully apply you should:

  • Have at least 3+ years (5 is optimimum) experience on a marketing or sales position, where you have cooperated with indirect sales channel partner, on vendor or reseller side.
  • Prove English C1 level proficiency to be able to check English content and to communicate effectively with native speakers
  • Have knowledge of digital marketing with focus on lead-generation and direct emailing

  • Affinity to product marketing or technical content
  • Experience from international companies or global markets
  • Have the knowledge of the cybersecurity vendor landscape or channel distribution ecosystem

Basic wage component (gross): from 2 000 EUR

  • The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
  • Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
