We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager with strong experience in product lifecycle management, engineering documentation, and supply chain execution to support global manufacturing operations and product transitions.

This role is responsible for driving manufacturing readiness, supporting plant-to-plant transfers, and ensuring accurate and controlled engineering and supply chain execution across global sites.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field) 
  • Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management 
  • Experience managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including supplier management, material flow, and production support 
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, including EOL and NPD stage-gate execution 
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation 
  • Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, workmanship standards, BOMs, and process documentation 
  • Experience supporting plant-to-plant transfers and new product introduction programs 
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or similar) 
  • Experience with project tracking tools and manufacturing execution reporting 
  • Ability to manage global supply chain activities across multiple international sites 
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally
