1. About our team
The Global Learning team designs and deploys programs that directly support the Group’s strategy by building critical capabilities across the organization.
These programs include:
Functional academies (Marketing, Sales, Supply, Procurement…), structured learning journeys combining expert-led sessions, curated resources, and scalable digital formats.
Transversal programs focused on key priorities such as AI, Data, Corporate Culture and Sustainability.
Mandatory learning (ethics, compliance, safety).
Leadership curricula.
Our global learning ecosystem is powered by platforms such as Workday LMS, Degreed (Learning Hub), Coursera, and AI authoring tools
Formats range from virtual classrooms and in-person sessions to e-learning modules and MOOCs.
You will join a collaborative, international team interacting daily with learning partners, global functions, vendors, and stakeholders across all regions.
2. Shared responsibilities
Both apprentices will work closely together and support Learning Managers on high-visibility initiatives.
Coordinate global program rollouts (session creation, enrollments, tracking, logistics).
Ensure data quality and maintain dashboards
Contribute to learning catalog updates and content lifecycle management.
Support communication plans and produce engagement assets (posts, videos, updates).
Collaborate with stakeholders and learning partners worldwide.
Assist with program design workshops, content collection, and testing.
Leverage digital tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance learning experiences.
Depending on priorities and individual strengths, responsibilities may evolve throughout the year.
3. Role 2-specific responsibilities : Digital Learning Innovation & Academy Acceleration
This role focuses on innovation, AI-driven content production, and capability-based learning architecture.
Support the design, production, and scaling of functional and transversal academies.
Partner with subject-matter experts to structure content and prepare pilots.
Use GenAI tools (e.g., Synthesia, Easygenerator) to create scripts, micro-learning, and reusable templates.
Map thousands of learning assets against a refreshed capability framework.
Curate internal and external resources and structure learning pathways in Degreed.
Improve tagging and metadata to enhance discoverability
Track adoption signals and synthesize insights.
Help scale transversal initiatives such as “AIQ” — a program exploring human–AI collaboration.
You will also act as a technology scout, testing new features within the learning ecosystem and helping the team maximize the value of rapidly evolving tools.
