Global Launch Leader Azurion Eye (Cambridge, MA) 

Global lead for successful launch of Azurion Eye, our AI enabled interventional system.

Your role:

  • Lead the successful global launch of Azurion Eye, starting with North America, including end‑to‑end launch strategy, go‑to‑market approach, KOL engagement strategy, and comprehensive Sales Enablement.
  • Drive the market introduction of Philips’ first AI‑enabled platform within Image Guided Therapy, while establishing and scaling a new recurring‑revenue business model for the IGT portfolio.
  • Act as a key interface between Azurion Eye Category (Product) Marketing, IGT Systems Marketing, and regional sales organizations, with a strong focus on North America.
  • Help shape and grow a new business category within the successful IGT Systems organization, bringing both breakthrough AI innovation and new commercial models to market.

You're the right fit if:

  • ​​Bachelor or Master degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in global marketing and/or business management roles within a MedTech environment. Specifically focusing on Enterprise Informatics/Software Marketing Backgrounds: delivering brand and marketing value for leading IDN’s is a skillset that will amplify our value proposition
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching products or solutions globally, preferably including AI‑driven solutions and recurring‑revenue business models.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple geographies, cultures, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong capability to translate strategic concepts into tangible, short‑term market impact, driving execution and results.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Willingness to travel ±10%.

This is an office role (Philips Cambridge office).

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $140,000 to $223,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. 

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Philips Cambridge Office.
