Job Description
- To retain assigned top customers and nurture those key relationships over time.
- To become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit and sustain accelerated growth targets
- In order to maintain and expand business and relationships with significant clients, work in close association with various C&P SL locations and business departments and client different stakeholders
- Business development not only will be done through existing clients, but through identifying potential customers within SL industry in Italy.
- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research market opportunities and oversee growth projects
- Help building strategy and plans for business growth in all SL segments in Italy
- Maximisation of revenue share opportunities support the growth of global business in Italy for all services where possible
- Monitor and review the assigned accounts, in conjunction with the relevant other interested parties to ensure service level and pointing out possible improvement area
- Transfer the VOC (innovative solutions and tailored services and tools) to the Global Technical Team and to other parties in need of receiving such frontline inputs
- Establish effective working and team relationships with Global and Local colleagues In Italy, EUR and Globally
- Supporting business development and marketing teams on promotions and events. Prepare marketing and brand recognition strategies and execute them by partnering with external industry associations and internal marketing team.
- Effectively communicate clients penetration and account management strategy and business plan with senior management team. Produce & present regular reports and revenue forecasts ( according to the practices implemented )
- Generate opportunities for revenue growth within global accounts consistent with SGS Business Unit Strategy, and specific strategy for key account initiatives.
- Ensure the alignment and integration of services and operational deliveries in accordance to global C&P and sales strategies
- Work in conjunction with C&P sales, operations and other client services staff (EA’s, SA) to achieve client deliverables.
- Meet assigned goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by management.

- Experience: 10+ years of experience within multinational organizations, preferably in Softlines or fashion/luxury sectors.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the global Softlines industry, with proven exposure to high-end / luxury fashion brands are mandatory.
- Commercial Experience: Demonstrated track record in sales (hunting), key account management, and/or program management, with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Global Exposure: Experience managing and delivering global or multi-regional programs, working across diverse markets and stakeholders is nice to have.
- Market Insight: Strong capability in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying emerging trends to drive strategic growth.
- Account Management: Proven success in managing and growing key accounts, delivering revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
- Strategic Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong planning skills, results-driven mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
