Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the effective management of project delivery (budget, sizing, sourcing) according to defined project standards following FHCS PMO principles

Ensures that projects fulfil CPIM Program standards of business alignment, ROI and risk assessment
-
Supports the implementation and refinement of project management methodology and FHCS project and PMO standards
-
Aligns and monitors project objectives, resources, schedules and scope and is responsible for project budgets
-
Researches and evaluates innovation and implements with the business state-of-the-art solutions to achieve FHCS business goals on operational and strategic level
-
Coordinates and manages based on identified improvement opportunities project proposals for the business functions
-
Manages and leads projects following FHCS standards

Supports the development and implementation of project reporting and controlling
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
-
5+ years of experience in leading Engineering projects, designing and implementing IT applications
-
3+ years of in depth project management
-
Experience in SAP is preferred
-
Experience in project management tools and methods is required
