We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Intercompany Analyst to join our Global Intercompany Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic individual contributor. You’ll deliver advanced financial insights, validate key assumptions, and communicate outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of financial drivers (specific to Intercompany process overall), excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage the assigned tasks with clarity and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Provide expert financial guidance to the Intercompany COE and collaborate with broader controllership teams
- Prepare and deliver internal management reports covering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
- Draft insightful commentaries for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
Intercompany Analysis & Reconciliation
Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entities
Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across global operations
Process Ownership & Optimization
Lead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing and settlement processes
Lead end-to-end ownership of Kyriba processes
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle AGIS, driving system efficiency and best practices
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Finance operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts across the organization
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of financial strategies
