Your role at Exness:
Support and enhance Employee onboarding and integration activities across the company to ensure a seamless and engaging journey for employees. Besides the coordination of the new hire journey, the role encompasses internal mobility, training and adaptation, continuous feedback to foster employee growth, satisfaction, and retention
Responsibilities:

Employee Induction and Integration:
- Pre-Onboarding:
- Continuous optimisation of informational materials that are being shared with new joiners before their start date and monitoring of the key pre-onboarding stages.
- Maintain and adjust HiBob automated task lists for communication with new hires to guide them through their first three months.
- Drive and oversee the onboarding process for employees in managerial positions.
- Ensure that middle managers and senior managers have a comprehensive induction plan before their start date.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Deliver welcome training sessions to all newcomers.
- Conduct both offline and online induction sessions.
- Develop and update induction training materials, instructions, guides, and checklists for newcomers and relocated employees.
- Address and resolve escalated issues to improve processes, in collaboration with the People Operations team and other involved stakeholders.
- On-the-Job Induction:
- Support the Buddy Program by selecting buddies, coordinating their learning activities, monitoring buddy-new hire pairings, and managing buddy allowance rewards.
- Monitor the setting and closing of probation goals for new employees via HiBob.
- Organize mini-Gemba walks for newly hired and promoted managers in the Malaysia and Cyprus offices on an annual basis.
Internal Mobility Support:
- Support upcoming internal horizontal and vertical rotations.
- Facilitate the smooth transition and adaptation of employees moving to new roles.
- Organize additional educational programs and activities within the Induction Framework.
- Develop programs to ensure continuous feedback for internal employees to aid their future development.
Employee Feedback and Development:
- Continuous Feedback:
- Collect and analyze employee feedback post-induction and post-rotation to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on the induction and internal mobility functions.
- Development Programs:
- Work on promotional activities to boost employee engagement in existing programs.
- Develop content for HRBP workshops with employees, coordinate the participant lists.
What makes you a great fit:
- Experience in HRBP/HR generalist, L&D or a related field.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Experience in delivering training (leadership, communications, feedback, etc.).
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors, maintaining productive relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and report on employee feedback and program effectiveness.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
