About the Role
The Global Identity Management Associate will be instrumental in facilitating the integration and migration of productivity platforms and tools, ensuring their effective implementation throughout the organization. This extensive, multi-phase project necessitates the execution of use-case testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis prior to implementation, along with the preparation and dissemination of communications to employees in partnership with the User Adoption team. Following implementation, the role will involve responding to IT-related inquiries and collaborating with other teams or vendors as required. Proficient communication and documentation skills are crucial for thriving in this fast-paced and dynamic setting.
What You Will Do
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Manage and process data in Excel or Google Sheets formats.
- Conduct use case testing prior to implementation in production environments.
- Track and report project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related and infrastructure issues in collaboration with teams.
- Oversee identity management requests and user administration processes.
- Support the transition from a communication and productivity tool to another.
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports to stakeholders.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in a similar role, experience in Kampus Merdeka or bootcamp participation will be more preferable
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively under pressure to diverse audiences, both formally and informally.
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic setting.
