For one of our brands - Dematic - we’re looking for a Global HR Solutions Specialist, who will be a core team member to Dematic's Global HR Solutions organization. It’s responsible for partnering with our broader HR organization to deliver innovative and effective technical and process-oriented solutions across various tools and technology we leverage today. This includes integrations support, technology enhancements, and corporate-driven implementations. In this role, you will be working in both functional performance and integration.

Monitor Workday support requests volume through Salesforce reporting and recommend ways to reduce quantity and improve service quality and speed
Main point of contact in resolving tickets
Dematic’s Workday System Security expert, understand the security design and application to Dematic organization, work with users on security setup requests and conduct periodic audits of security role assignments
Support in and help to drive process improvement projects in partnership with HR Solutions team
Assists in change management and roll out of training activities related to HR Solutions
Consult with HR users to understand business needs and translate them into functional system enhancement requirements
Liaise with parent company, KION, central support and implementation team to design and deliver enhancements
Partner with HR Project Managers and Business Analyst to support the continuous improvement of HR processes and the identification of automation opportunities
Partner with HR Reporting, HRIS, and IT teams to improve connections and integrations with downstream systems and data mining activity
Your Skills and Expertise:
3+ years in HRIS/HR Transformation consulting or HRIS roles based on Workday in complex organizations
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar business field
Workday HCM and other Workday modules certifications are a plus
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion
Experience with ticketing systems and management of incidents/Service requests with a structured and organized approach
Experience in assessing/analyzing HR business requirements and identification of technical solutions
Ability to proactively identify HR and/or Workday improvement opportunities
Ability to see the big picture and make relevant connections between different HR processes
Excellent customer management and business literacy skills, able to accurately interpret business objectives and needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong ability to balance competing priorities and flexibility to re-prioritize
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and topics
Ability to proactively identify and address potential gaps in processes or information in order to ensure successful implementation of projects
Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to build partnerships that drive synergies and alignment to ensure successful execution of projects
Ability to establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to truly understand and proactively meet their needs.
