The opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global HR Business Partner Manager to join our Transformers Business Unit, supporting Global Product Groups and Global Functions. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will lead a global team of HR professionals and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our people strategy.
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to translate business goals into impactful HR initiatives, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure we have the talent and capabilities to meet both current and future challenges.

How you will make an impact:
Lead and inspire a global team of HR Business Partners, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and a culture of excellence.
Deliver impactful HR solutions by aligning people strategies with business priorities and leveraging data-driven insights.
Drive the implementation of core HR processes, including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, and remuneration.
Design and refine organizational structures and operating models to enhance agility and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with global standards across functions and product groups.
Champion change management efforts by supporting leaders and teams through transformations, promoting adoption of new initiatives and behaviors.
Promote a culture of continuous learning by identifying development needs and implementing targeted learning programs in collaboration with global HR teams.
Foster collaboration within the HR network to ensure alignment, consistency, and delivery of high-quality HR services.
Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and ethical standards, maintaining a compliant and responsible HR operating environment.
Your background:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles and exposure to a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven expertise in core HR processes such as workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives to long-term organizational goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and change, with strong coaching and influencing skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic insights.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support global teams and initiatives.
Fluency in English
