For This Role
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
This role is crucial in supporting the CRO's work by managing administrative (70%) and personal (30%) tasks. You will ensure smooth daily operations, streamline communication, and enable the CRO to focus on strategic priorities.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage the personal and business calendars of the CRO, scheduling and prioritizing appointments, maintaining the events calendar, sending reminders, and preparing memos
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks, organizing documentation, and keeping track of deliverables
  • Research required information, compile summaries, and prepare reports and presentations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including transportation and accommodation arrangements
  • Handle emails and correspondence addressed to the CRO, including reading, analyzing, distributing, and drafting responses (or translating if needed)
  • Act as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners, managing information flow efficiently
  • Support in personal tasks, such as scheduling appointments and handling deliveries
    Maintain strict confidentiality, handling sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity

Skills you'll need to bring:
  • Advanced English (spoken & written) and fluent Ukrainian
  • Comfortable using AI tools and no-code automation to optimize workflows (e.g., drafting responses, summarizing, scheduling)
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex internal and external executive meetings
  • Experience with Google Calendar, Google Workspace, Zoom, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and stay responsive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Trustworthiness, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proactive approach, persistence, and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to prepare briefs from dashboards (Looker/Power BI/Tableau view-only), GA4/Amplitude exports.
  • We are looking for candidates currently based in Europe (for time zone alignment and logistical convenience)

As a plus:
  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting executives in a marketing, finance or fast-paced environment (or with experience in a marketing or media agency)
  • Familiarity with finance, digital marketing tools, CRM, or project management software
  • Familiarity with subscription metrics, A/B testing basics, funnel analytics, pricing & packaging concepts
