Job Title: Global HR Portal and Content Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Overview:
The Global Content & Portal Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing the employee experience through effective content within the ServiceNow HRSD module.  This person is experienced and strategic and will lead the development, maintenance, and continuous growth of our HR Portal and Knowledge Base (KB) within ServiceNow. This role is crucial to enabling scalable HR support, empowering employees with self-service capabilities resulting in case deflection, and ensuring knowledge articles are accurate, accessible, and aligned with legal and regulatory standards. They will be responsible for content strategy, structure, governance, and lifecycle management, as well as working closely with HR subject matter experts, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators to drive user adoption and improve employee experience.

This role has the authority to hire, promote and manage performance of employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Global HRSD Content Strategy, Taxonomy, Architecture

  • Standardize HR Messaging Globally (Modules, Portal, Knowledge Articles)

  • Oversee HRSD Content Creation, Curation, Optimization

  • Monitor Content Usage and Adoption

  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management

The Ideal Candidate…

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules - Knowledge Management is required. Employee Center is preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage content for diverse global audiences, considering cultural differences, language requirements, and regional legal compliance.

  • Expertise in developing and executing content strategies, information architecture, and content governance frameworks.

  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure content effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Experience managing content projects from initiation to completion.

  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of HR topics and audiences, as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills. 

  • Must be proficient in Knowledge Management for ServiceNow HRSD.
