Make Your Mark:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive for Invoice-to-Cash covering EMEA region, you will own the full sales process, making a direct impact on our growth and the success of your clients. You will connect with finance leaders in dynamic, mid-market companies - those with annual revenues up to $750 million - understanding their unique challenges and showing them what's possible with BlackLine. This is a role for a relationship-builder and a problem-solver, where you will manage a territory, drive new business, and collaborate closely with a supportive team to help companies transform their financial operations.
You'll Get To:
  • Drive the full sales cycle for new business and identify expansion opportunities within our existing customer base, building a robust pipeline to consistently achieve your revenue targets;
  • Engage with key decision-makers across prospective and current accounts working in collaboration with the AMO team, uncovering their evolving business needs and demonstrating the clear value and ROI our solutions provide;
  • Build credibility and trust with both prospective and existing clients, acting as a knowledgeable advisor on how to optimise their invoice-to-cash processes;
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan that prioritises both new logo acquisition and customer growth, collaborating with Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to maximise opportunities;
  • Partner with internal teams, including Core Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, and Customer Success, to ensure a smooth and successful sales and renewal process for your customers;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all opportunities and activities in Salesforce to support forecasting and drive business decisions.

What You'll Bring:
  • Background selling to Finance, Revenue Operations, Shared Services, or CFO organisations - ideally across I2C, O2C, AR, Billing, or adjacent financial workflows;
  • A high-energy and proactive approach, with a successful track record of generating new business and achieving revenue goals within a SaaS sales environment;
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a people-oriented approach to engaging with contacts across business and IT departments;
  • The ability to understand a client's business operations and articulate a compelling value statement that resonates with finance professionals;
  • A collaborative, team-player spirit, with a talent for working with internal partners to effectively meet customer needs and achieve shared goals;
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, with an independent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • A commitment to acting with integrity and professionalism, paired with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing company.
