How you will make an impact

Project related

• Manage HR data related projects, or HR data part/workstream in large or mid-size cross functional projects, end to end with focus on Quality of Delivery and Process Efficiency. Track and control project timelines, resource allocation, identify and mitigate risks, and accountable for communication management.
• Collaborates with all stakeholders, including extended leadership team members, HRBP, HR COE, HR Ops, IT and other Functions, in managing service delivery, capacity management, and key performance metrics.
• Focus on enhancing technical & personnel effectiveness through training, education, and coaching
• Implement various quality, technology, automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ongoing project tasks.

Global HR Master Data related

• Provide accurate data that can be relied upon to support business decisions, working with other members of the HR Operations team to improve data accuracy within the HR systems;
• Provide HR data suggestions and solutions to local HR Ops team as global expert. When further support is needed from internal IT team or HiNext technical support team, be the bridge between the two and deliver the final solution to local team;
• Continuous improvements in HR data operations, including data structure review, quality analysis, process improvements;
• Bridge the quality improvement in data quality between integration (technology) and operations.

Your background

Your background

• At least Bachelor’s degree in any stream;

• Bachelor degree with 5-10 years of experiences, or Master degree with 3-5 year experience a global organization;
• Hands on project management experiences, previous HR or HR IT project experience is an advantage;
• Stakeholder management;
• Ability to Apply technology tools to situations & provide unique solutions. Contribute to improving technology and its application;
• Working with People as project teams: Should be able to maintain colleague data. Working with teams, keep team updated on client and project.
• Excellent communication and listening skills , Planning, Analytical and critical thinking capabilities ,Problem Solving , Decision Making, Flexibility/Adaptability
• Analytical and numerate with a keen attention to details;
• Using data to identify internal and external trends based upon benchmarking information;
• Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.
