Pernod Ricard is looking for EVP, Talent Acquisition, Employee engagement and Onboarding Intern for 6 months from July to December. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
Your key missions:
You will be part of the Global Talent Development Team who supports our local affiliates to Attract, Select, Onboard & Engage the Best Talents from the Market and deploy our culture of Inclusion, while providing fair access to equal opportunities. Our main mission is to deliver the best candidate and employee experience.
EVP, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition
You will contribute to support our local recruiters around the world and
· Contribute to shaping our global Talent Acquisition guidelines and playbook to recruit the best talent pool of the future, while deploying the EVP to promote our Employer Brand on social media and on our career site.
· Organize global calls and animate the community by understanding their pain points and answering their needs to facilitate their job thanks to solutions provided in collaboration with our Tech Team.
· Improve Pernod Ricard attractiveness, support the ongoing rollout of our Group Employer Value Proposition (EVP) by creating compelling content and assets that resonate with various audiences.
· Partner with the global communications team to deploy assets on LinkedIn and revamp our career website.
Employee Engagement & Listening Strategy
You will:
· Support the deployment of the Group Listening Strategy, helping us better understand and act on employee feedback.
· Assist in the design, coordination, implementation, and communication of global employee pulse surveys in collaboration with project teams and local affiliates.
· Animate and engage our international HR community, acting as a key point of contact for survey coordination and communications.
· Facilitate training sessions to ensure effective survey deployment and understanding.
· Contribute to post-survey actions, helping drive impactful initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
· Become a subject matter expert on our survey tools, providing guidance and support to affiliates.
Onboarding
You will
· Help design, deploy at scale a consistent and meaningful onboarding experience to ease cultural fit
· Upgrade existing onboarding for all employees, ensure systematic rollout & track completion
· Create and develop internal communication materials that reflect our Inclusive culture, our collective spirit, and the way new joiners can craft their career path and develop their skills at Pernod Ricard.

• You are fluent in English and French.
• You have great communication skills, both verbal and written, to be able to create content and animate different communities.
• You enjoy handling multiple projects simultaneously and are autonomous.
• You are organized and a team player.
• You have skills on PPT, Excell, Canva, video tools and leverage responsibly AI.
