About the Job:

As our Global Head you will develop and execute strategies for international market engagement, building key partnerships across sectors and establishing Redesign Health as a thought leader through various local initiatives. You'll also lead the preparation for market launches, coordinating operational plans, team assembly, and essential contracts, while collaborating with global leadership and spending substantial time in target markets.

You will report to and work with the Head of Strategy and Finance  at our New York City headquarters.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate the development of operational plans for new market launches, including team building and finalizing necessary contracts, with a significant portion of time spent on international travel.
  • Develop and implement strategies for selecting priority countries and enhancing outreach and conversion efforts.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in various sectors including healthcare, policy, and capital.
  • Represent and promote Redesign Health as the primary face and spokesperson in international markets.
  • Drive Redesign Health's recognition as a local thought leader through active participation in conferences, securing partnerships, and media engagement.

What you’ll need:

  • You have 12+ years of experience in leading international market strategies, establishing key relationships, and driving organizational presence and thought leadership across global platforms.
  • Prior experience in high-level stakeholder engagement, including working with government agencies, healthcare entities, and financial institutions.
  • A history of successful project management and team leadership, particularly in cross-cultural settings and in the context of market expansion or entry.
  • You are experienced in orchestrating market entry and expansion strategies, adept at team building, regulatory compliance, and establishing local operations.
