As Global Head of Trademark Renewal Operations, you will lead, manage and support, in close alignment with Senior Management, the Dennemeyer Trademark Renewals service performance on a global scale.
The mission is to continue providing best-in-class trademark maintenance services for the trademark portfolios of our premium client base and to continue augmenting our footprint in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the growth of the service’s profitability, with full responsibility for the service’s P&L and balance sheet
- Apply transformational leadership to focus and develop the team along customer-centric, innovation- and value-based objectives
- In alignment with the Dennemeyer Group's strategy, review and continuously adapt the service’s growth strategy
- Enhance quality management by adapting and monitoring performance objectives, KPIs and OKRs
- Develop a culture of innovation in the team about solution/product specifications, processes and technology and drive product development
- Drive organizational development including digitalization to further enhance performance by continuous improvement efforts and optimized business processes
- In close coordination with group structures, promote our corporate culture of trust and collaboration and focus on talent development in alignment with the company's core mission and values
- Actively collaborate across the group's structure to capitalize on advantages of scale, cross-selling and technological innovation
- Anticipate, and report on managerial and operational risks
- Develop valuable relationships with customers and other stakeholders and leverage strong commercial and managerial experience to engineer complex yet reliable B2B solutions.
- Act as an ambassador for the group and its core values across the group structure and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in senior management positions, preferably in the legal sector, ideally in the IP sector
- Successful track record in building and developing high-performance, multi-cultural and multi-location teams
- Profound understanding of customer servicing needs, both from a market perspective and from dialogue with customers.
- Proven ability to translate Senior Leadership strategy into a strong value-building solution fit for change and sustainable growth
- Familiarity with IP Management systems
- Availability to travel
- Proven entrepreneurial personality with an engaging trust-based leadership style as a role model with self-awareness and empathy, inspiration, encouragement, and empowerment of others
- Excellent communication and team-building skills with a passion for developing people
- Strong commercial acumen - high integrity and strong values - stress resilient - pro-active thinker and collaborative team player - strategic talent and structured approach to objectives, strategic execution, and tactical planning
