The Role 

We are looking for a Global Head of Sales Development to lead and further develop our global SDR team (Sales Development Representatives). This role is pivotal in building a high-performing, scalable lead and pipeline engine that supports our significant growth and revenue targets.  


Key Responsibilities
 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop SDRs with a clear progression path towards Account Executive roles (typically after ~18 months in the SDR function).
  • Develop and implement a global SDR strategy to increase lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure a seamless pipeline flow.
  • Introduce data-driven performance and coaching methods to increase SDR productivity.
  • Establish and continuously improve best practices for prospecting, outreach, and qualification.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent in Sales Development.
  • Drive the strategic evolution of the SDR function as an integral part of the go-to-market strategy.


Key Requirements
 

  • Proven experience in B2B (SaaS) sales
  • Has successfully managed end-to-end sales (from acquisition to closing) – not only pipeline generation.
  • At least 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution focus – hands-on and a strong leader.
  • Experience with data-driven sales processes, CRM systems and modern outbound methods.
  • Strong Stakeholder management and C-Level presentation Skills 
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, business-fluent in German and English.
