This is a high-impact, newly created role designed for a strategic operator who can bridge the gap between "scrappy startup" and "public-company ready." Reporting directly to the Global Head of Alliances, you will own the global strategy, design, and operational execution of the Pigment Partner Network (PPN). Your goal is to maximize partner-led and partner-influenced revenue while ensuring every Pigment implementation by a third party meets our rigorous standards for quality and speed-to-value.
As this role is hired, Pigment will be undergoing a comprehensive re-brand of our current portal and a total re-imagining of the partner journey. You will lead this transformation, working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to build the best Partner Program function in the industry.
What You Will Do:
Lead the strategic overhaul of the Pigment Partner Network. Map the entire partner lifecycle jointly with RevOps from recruitment and onboarding to certification and co-selling, ensuring a "frictionless" experience that attracts the world’s best firms.
Design and manage a multi-track program (Services, Technology, Data, and "Powered-by-Pigment") that governs the partner lifecycle globally. Transition current tiers into a sophisticated competency-based network modeled after industry gold standards.
Own the roadmap for the Partner Portal. Partner with RevOps and Marketing to transform it into a high-utility engine for deal registration, automated lead distribution, and real-time performance analytics.
Design and implement creative, high-ROI incentive structures, including referral fees, co-marketing funds (MDF), and specialized incentives for partners building proprietary models on Pigment.
Act as the "glue" between Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product. Ensure the partner program is deeply integrated into Pigment’s go-to-market engine and that our Sales team knows exactly how to co-sell with our ecosystem.
Establish a Partner Quality Scorecard. Monitor implementation health and customer NPS for partner-led projects, ensuring every engagement meets the "Pigment Standard."
Own the global partner communications strategy, including in-person Partner Days, webinars, monthly newsletters, and scalable enablement assets to drive engagement and consistent messaging.
Your Experience:
8+ years of experience in Partner Programs or Channel Operations, with a proven track record of designing and rolling out global partner networks at high-growth B2B SaaS leaders
4+ years working with "Business of Partnerships" and can build financial models showing how ecosystem investments yield material revenue growth.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at influencing stakeholders across time zones and departments without formal authority.
Deep expertise in the modern RevOps and Partner tech stack (Salesforce, Crossbeam, and PRM platforms like PartnerStack/Allbound).
The Pigment Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in "build mode," and possess "Ambition with Humility."
Proven track record of scaling a partner program from initial setup to a global, multi-million dollar transaction engine.
Experience managing a program that spans multiple partner types: Global SIs, Boutique Consultancies, and Technology Alliances.
Superior communication and executive presence to engage with C-suite stakeholders both internally and externally.
Understanding of the FP&A/EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) or Business Intelligence landscape.
BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.

What We Do
In a world moving at an incredibly fast pace, businesses have grown accustomed to change. Transforming their business model, pivoting their strategy, rethinking their go-to-market, the list goes on. To enable these changes, they have also had to rethink the way they work. Breaking down silos isn’t a best practice anymore. It’s a given. And yet, when it comes to planning, little has changed. In fact, planning tools work the exact opposite way, reinforcing data and people silos, and preventing teams from working together toward their common goals. As a result, planning is usually seen as a dreadful process. But the truth is, planning drives strategy. It’s high time we serve it with the right tools. Pigment is the business planning platform for fast-growing companies. Our mission is to help companies make better, faster decisions in a changing world, and drive revenue growth. At Pigment we believe that: ✅ Real-time data informs better outcomes. Trim your sail, and make the best use of current winds. ✅ Reporting should be accurate, quick, and insightful. ✅ Planning should be simple, smooth, and delightful. ✅ Less time should be spent on data crunching, more time on bringing insights to the business. ✅ Collaboration should be at the heart of any planning process, so your organization works as one.
