Position Title: Global GTM Data Integration and Fusion Lead

As part of our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) function, we are building a centralized capability to ensure seamless data integration, fusion, and delivery across regions. This team plays a critical role in shaping how markets access, interpret, and act upon unified datasets that power product and commercial strategies.
The Global GTM Data Integration and Fusion Lead is responsible for overseeing the integration, management, and harmonization of data across multiple global markets. This role ensures the consistency, scalability, and reliability of GTM data assets that enable insight-driven decisions across business units.
You will lead a small team, driving both strategic and operational excellence in data integration and workflow management. You will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and market teams to define strategic roadmaps, manage stakeholder priorities, and ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong analytical and technical understanding, an ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and a commercial mindset to translate data initiatives into business value.
- Own responsibility for data integration and fusion across global GTM systems and workflows.
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Build, supervise, and continuously optimize processes and workflows for data ingestion, preparation, and delivery.
- Develop strategic data roadmaps, managing priorities across diverse stakeholders
- Act as a key liaison between global and local teams to align data priorities and deliver consistent outcomes.
- Ensure the successful execution of roadmap outcomes, including data integration projects and system enhancements.
- Build and market commercial data products and offerings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Drive understanding and adoption of technical and analytical solutions, including database management, data preparation, and fusion methodologies.
- Champion best practices in data quality, governance, and performance tracking.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a small team effectively.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize stakeholder needs across technical and commercial teams.
- Experience in product management or data product ownership, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build commercial data offerings and communicate their value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in data integration, fusion, and management across complex global environments.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, database systems, and data workflows (experience with Snowflake or similar platforms preferred).
- Solid grasp of SQL and experience with data preparation and transformation.
- Excellent analytical and technical understanding, with the willingness to dive deep into data topics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
