Global Functional Expert for HighRadius (f/m/x)
in Mars Global Services

The Functional Expert demonstrates leadership and creates best practices for areas of responsibility; partners with cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for the business; gathers requirements for IT unit process improvements; troubleshoots complex issues, manages projects of high complexity, scopes and risks. Manages and delivers continuous improvements, deploys new functionalities, coordinates system testing and configuration for new units/entities, delivers communication within and across multiple business segments/units. Performs assessments of impact and supports global ERP governance and change requests, follows up with period slot testing to prevent system failures.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Performs analysis of system functionalities and suggests improvements
- Regularly monitors and understands HighRadius new product feature releases, assesses benefits of having them implemented and provides inputs to the Change Management Process
- Provides consulting to HighRadius projects and implementations about existing functionalities, partnered by the AR Functional Expert
- Responsible for request/incident prioritization in Scrum meetings with HighRadius, the external service providers and MARS Digital Technologies departments
- Support overall business-as-usual governance model
What are we looking for?
- Previous HighRadius implementation experience.
- 5+ years of Order to Cash experience, comprehension/experience of General Finance principles is a plus.
- Proven track record working in regional/global teams.
- BA/BS degree In Finance and Accounting or relevant.
- Strong working knowledge in SAP Order to Cash, Business analysis and system implementation experience.
- Project Management certification desired.
- Digital Transformation and Automation experience.
- Fluent knowledge of English is a must, Polish is a great plus.
