Responsibilities:
- Creation and ongoing ownership of pipeline and business development forecasts
- Builds and refines epidemiology-driven patient flow models and treatment algorithms
- Designs scenario analyses (e.g., base/upside/downside, competitive entry, pricing & access) to inform forecast sensitivities
- Ensures incorporation of forecast assumptions and outputs into regional planning processes (go-to-market planning, portfolio reviews, strategic planning, budget updates)
- Tracks key market and organizational performance indicators
- Triangulates forecast assumptions and outputs with secondary data, real-world evidence and primary market research to generate insights around market opportunity, unmet need, and competitive dynamics
- Partners directly with Commercial Pipeline Team, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Patient Advocacy to align assumptions and organizational deliverables
- Supports alignment of key assumptions and forecasting for Business Development team
- Supports and creates executive-level reports (e.g. governance reviews, investment cases, Business Development evaluations)

Key Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sciences or Finance
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech Forecasting, Analytics, Strategic Planning and/or Finance
- Demonstrated forecasting experience
- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Highly motivated, thought partnership & entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong understanding of:
- Pharmaceutical product development processes
- US & European market & payer dynamics
- Epidemiology and patient treatment algorithms
- Analysis and triangulation of data to generate insights
Preferred
- Working familiarity with secondary data resources (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo, GlobalData, Citeline, patient registries, Clarivate, Oracle, ONCrg, Biomedtracker, OncologyPipeline, Beacon)
- Oncology experience
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for forecasting and/or market analysis
- Business Development forecasting experience
- Market Research experience
- Strong communicator with intellectual curiosity and strategic mindset
