Develops and maintains Power BI reporting solutions for business and regional needs. Integrates data from databases, APIs, files, and cloud services; documents data models and ETL processes; manages report access; supports users; and provides technical support. Supports global and Finnish compensation and benefits programs through analytics, benchmarking, reporting, job evaluation, performance management, and process implementation. Develop and maintain Semarchy xDM master data solutions, including data models, workflows, match/merge rules, quality validations, integrations, and governance processes. Focus initially on product and business partner data, expanding to reference, finance, and asset domains. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, support stewardship and issue resolution, and provide technical guidance while ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance.

Manage key healthcare accounts and Western Australia territory plans to grow pharmaceutical brand sales and market share. Build relationships with healthcare professionals, provide clinical product education, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain compliant CRM and expense reporting, manage promotional budgets, and deliver territory results ethically and accountably. The role requires travel, flexible scheduling, and adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Administer and improve Veeva CRM across multiple countries, supporting sales and marketing users, configuring systems, troubleshooting integrations, and maintaining data integrity. Develop reports, training materials, business rules, and adoption initiatives while supporting segmentation, targeting, customer engagement, and commercial performance tracking. Collaborate with global CRM, sales, marketing, and medical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and streamline operations.

Lead the Biove site finance function including accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance. Manage month/quarter/year closings, statutory reporting and audits, cash and working capital. Partner with Controlling, HR and local management on costing, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Lead a two-person finance team, strengthen controls, drive process harmonization, automation and digitalization across the Animal Health finance organization.
