We are looking for a Global Financial Systems Specialist to join our Global Finance Systems team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning platform reliability, supporting finance stakeholders, and leveraging AI to improve how financial systems are used across a global business.
You will support our finance systems landscape, which includes platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, OneStream and Concur. The role is around 80% support today, but it will evolve over time as we continue to automate support workflows and shift more focus toward enhancements and strategic system improvements.
You will be the face of the Finance Systems team for many finance stakeholders, helping translate system-related issues into clear actions, keeping users informed, and ensuring our platforms remain stable, scalable and well-supported.
What you’ll do
- Provide L1/L2 support for Finance Systems, covering ticket triage, incident management, SLA tracking, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain the operational reliability of key finance platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, OneStream, and Concur.
- Act as a trusted point of contact to finance stakeholders, providing clear communication and expectation management.
- Identify repetitive support activities and help automate them using documentation, process improvements, and AI-assisted tooling.
- Develop and maintain support documentation, runbooks, knowledge base articles and handover materials to reduce recurring issues.
- Own and prioritize your support queue, ensuring timely follow-up on tickets, escalations and stakeholder requests.
- Support enhancements and workflow improvements across finance systems.
- Collaborate with a global team across regions to keep finance systems consistent, reliable, and scalable.
- Help shape broader improvements to reduce manual work and strengthen the finance technology landscape.
Who you are
- You bring 2+ years of relevant experience in financial systems support or a similar role.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement to reduce manual work and improve support quality.
- Experience with NetSuite and L1/L2 application support, including administration, configuration, saved searches or workflows.
- Exposure to Coupa and/or Concur, strongly preferred.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to managing tickets, priorities, and escalations independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical problems into business language.
- Documentation skills and the ability to create clear support materials.
- Motivation to grow as the role evolves from support into automation, improvement and more strategic work.
- Worked in a global, English-speaking environment.
- Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
