Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager of Power Suite COE team, this role is primarily accountable for the timely and accurate service delivery of assigned projects.  Responsibilities include the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business users to solicit requirements of the automation initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency, data handling and reporting
  • Partner with the broader Global Power Suite COE to design PowerApps applications and support business casing, architectural and risk reviews, and provide other documentation as required by the Power Suite intake process
  • Functionally test the PowerApps solutions
  • Project plan to deliver the PowerApps solutions
  • Coordinate user acceptance test and fix any issues during testing phase
  • Prepare training documents and provide training to end users
  • Communicate to key stakeholders on the progress of the initiative
  • Document all processes and other technical deliverables for ease of use and transparency
  • Effectively communicate significant production updates and challenges to management as well as to the Business Unit in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • University degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field preferred
  • 4+ years expertise with Power BI dashboards, analyzing data and visualization using Finance data
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) and must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule

Must Haves:

  • Expertise in designing, and deploying PowerApps applications
  • Accounting knowledge and accounting operations background is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a desire to become more tech savvy
  • Creative thinking and a change agent

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience designing user interfaces (UI/UX) is a plus
  • Experience with other automation tools is a plus including Power BI, Power Automate, Anaplan, VBA, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Analyzing user requirements, managing system testing is a plus
  • Comfortable working with teams from diverse culture and geographies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures, geographies and senior leadership.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding communication and active listening skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels within the organization.
  • Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Overtime may be required to meet business deadlines.
