As Finance Business Partner Omnichannel, you are the financial conscience of Omnichannel. You help us understand what works, what doesn’t, and where we need to adjust to make an even bigger impact, always fact-based and data-driven.
Your role
You’ll play a central role within the Omnichannel Management Team, partnering closely with senior leadership as a trusted advisor.
You contribute to strategic decision-making from the outset and assess outcomes afterward, constructively challenging assumptions and proposing pragmatic alternatives. You’re comfortable standing your ground when needed.
You evaluate investment performance and develop clear, data-driven business cases that are focused, realistic, and built to support stronger decision-making.
You will work from both Utrecht and Varsseveld, alongside driven professionals who want to move forward and make a difference.
What you will do
Act as strategic finance advisor to the VP Omnichannel and the Omnichannel leadership team
Translate Omnichannel ambitions in e-commerce, digital products, commercial proposition development, marketing and analytics into clear financial performance insights
Develop and evaluate business cases for marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, innovation projects and customer development
Analyse ROI, cost efficiency and value creation across Omnichannel initiatives
Create dashboards and KPIs that enable fact-based decision-making
Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Omnichannel domain
Challenge cost structures and ensure optimal resource allocation
Safeguard financial governance and continuously improve financial processes
Work closely with Global Digital Marketing & Brand, Customer Propositions Development, AI&T, Sales & Service Performance and Digital Product & Innovation teams.
Your team
In this role, you will be part of a broader international team consisting of four FBPs aligned with global teams (based in the Utrecht and Varsseveld offices) and eight FBPs supporting Cluster and Country management teams across Europe.
The team is led by the International Finance Director, who reports to the CFO. Together, we strive to be trusted partners to the business, influencing financial decision-making. Each year, we gather at the International Finance Meeting to connect with colleagues, exchange insights on developments in Finance, and participate in team activities.
What you bring
Completed Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably in a commercial, marketing or digital environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modelling and data interpretation.
You are tech-savvy and understand the world of e-commerce and digital platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can translate numbers into clear business stories.
You are proactive, independent, analytically sharp and not afraid to challenge.
