Job DescriptionRole Summary:
This global role reports to the Senior Project Manager within the Global GenAI Finance Team. The GenAI Business Analyst will support the delivery of the Global Finance GenAI strategy and objectives by participating in and driving various GenAI initiatives. The role involves collaborating with global teams to understand and document use cases, requirements, and processes. Additionally, the Business Analyst will lead process improvements within the technology space, leveraging automation technology focused on GenAI and enhancing analytics capabilities.

- Experience in process improvement and optimisation within finance operations.
- Background in leveraging automation technologies, including GenAI tools like GPT and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with data management and analytics, including developing data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and align business needs with technology solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

- Recent graduate Degree in business, finance or computer science preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive issues and projects to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Self-motivated and able to manage business partnerships in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
