BOUT THE ROLE
We are implementing Microsoft D365 across our global operations and seek a Global Finance ERP Specialist to join our implementation team. This role will support end-to-end ERP implementation, drive continuous process improvements, and optimize system utilization across multiple locations.
We are looking for a proactive team player with deep finance process expertise, D365 F&O implementation experience, and a keen eye for process optimization. A background as a Finance Implementation Lead, Business Process Manager, or ERP Business Analyst is highly desirable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Engage in country analysis and localization requirements gathering, ensuring only relevant requirements are submitted. Collaborate with end users to support change impact analysis
· Work closely with the project team to configure the system in alignment with local requirements while adhering to the global template
· Develop country-specific test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
· Create and maintain training materials and other relevant documentation. Deliver end-user training sessions.
· Support data migration and participate in data validation
· Support users as they navigate the new system, providing troubleshooting assistance and guiding them in adopting new ways of working
· Assist users in optimizing system utilization, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and submit suggestions for process enhancements and global template optimizations to the project team
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
· Deep expertise in end-to-end Finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR), with a solid understanding of business processes and their interdependencies
· Strong accounting proficiency
· Proven experience with ERP implementation, preferably as a Finance Implementation Lead, Business Process Manager, or ERP Business Analyst
· Hands-on experience with D365 F&O
· Experience in business process analysis, process implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
· Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users, translating complex issues into clear business requirements
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
· Fluent in English
· Certification in Project management and Process Improvement will be a plus
· Certification in D365 F&O will be a plus
