Job Description
The Global Endpoint Associate Manager leads a goal-driven team dedicated to delivering a secure, reliable, and continually improving end-user computing experience. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Endpoint Management, this role provides operational oversight and technical leadership for endpoint management platforms—including MECM, Intune, and JAMF. Acting as a frontline people manager and technical coordinator, the Associate Manager drives day-to-day operational excellence across distributed pods, ensures standardization, and champions user experience excellence at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day activities, tasks, and deliverables of the global endpoint management teams (MECM, Intune, and JAMF pods).
Performance & Accountability: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring the team meets daily operational goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
Technical Coordination: Provide frontline technical oversight on endpoint deployment, patch management, and configuration standards.
Process Optimization: Drive the execution and optimization of endpoint management tools to improve automation, scalability, and workflow efficiency.
Hardware Lifecycle Alignment: Oversee the day-to-day technical workflows of hardware lifecycle management—including deployment, maintenance, and refresh tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional and global cross-functional teams (Security, Networking, Enterprise Apps, Service Desk) to ensure seamless, end-to-end user experiences.
Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for endpoint performance, system availability, and team productivity, reporting updates to senior leadership.
Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for major operational endpoint incidents, coordinating swift resolution within the team.
Qualifications
Team Leadership: Proven experience supervising, leading, or managing technical end-user computing teams within a global or distributed corporate model.
Technical Depth: Hands-on background and strong working knowledge of MECM, Intune, and JAMF.
Ecosystem Expertise: Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile device ecosystems at an enterprise scale.
Execution Focus: Demonstrated success executing endpoint management strategies, OS migrations, and automated deployment workflows.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and reporting lines.

Day-to-day endpoint operations (MECM, Intune, JAMF) run smoothly with high levels of automation and minimal downtime.

Clear and transparent operational reporting is maintained with senior management.
