We are looking for a visionary Sr Product Manager/leader to lead and drive transformative product strategies. In this role, you will leverage complex data environments, cloud technologies, and data science to build products that enhance and simplify clinical, administrative, and financial processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute product launches, support user adoption, and measure product performance. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust product strategy, vision, and forward-looking product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Translate complex business and healthcare operations needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to iteratively develop product features, respond to feedback, and refine offerings based on user insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, marketing, operations, and architecture, to ensure cohesive product development and delivery
  • Analyze user data, market research, and industry trends to establish performance metrics and drive data-driven product decisions
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline product management workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate emerging trends, industry standards, and innovative technologies to inform solution design and strategic product innovation
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior product managers to foster a collaborative culture of continuous learning
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to iteratively develop product features, respond to feedback, and refine offerings based on user insights
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in product management or related technical leadership roles
  • 5+ years of experience specifically within healthcare, data science, or cloud technology domains
  • Experience managing the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements
  • Experience leveraging data analytics platforms and establishing performance metrics to drive product decisions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered or machine learning solutions within healthcare or a regulated environment
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, data security, and compliance standards
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with experience guiding and developing junior product managers or cross-functional team members
