MARS | Global Director, Go-to-market, Chocolate
Location: Chicago, IL
The Global Director, Go -to-market, Chocolate will lead the Go To Market agenda globally for Mars. This role report into the
Sr. Director of Portfolio. With a solid market share, Mars’ iconic brands like Snickers, Twix and
Dove/Galaxy drive multi-billion-dollar revenues across 180+ countries. This role will support Mars’
growth and profitability through innovation, convenience, and broad consumer appeal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead strategic thinking around PPA for K-shaped economy and customer growth story based
on category strategy
• Lead commercializing of global strategic innovations
• Lead how Mars shows up at point of purchase, grounded in sub-category strategy and shopper
insights
• Brings expertise of GTM levers, execution guidelines with both consumer and customer lens
• Develop and deploy category toolkits to regions
• Partner with sales/regions to accelerate omni-channel and D-com initiative

• Sales GTM expertise, retail channels, perfect store, ppa and pricing
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
• Strong team leadership and ability to drive influence across matrix organization and
stakeholder management
• Ability to connect cross functionally

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
