Global Manager, Digital Product Management
The Global Digital Product Manager is responsible for the management of daily digital marketing processes and procedures to deliver results across Interface’s global digital marketing systems and platforms.
The role will work hands-on within Interface’s licensed marketing automation, email management, web commerce, digital asset management (DAM) and content management system (CMS) platforms to help define global strategy, manage global governance and workflow of MarTech systems, implement efficiency and optimization efforts, and execute reporting and analytics—with the goal of continuous improvement of web-based activity and marketing automation efficiency. The Global Digital Product Manager works cross functionally with internal marketing partners, key global agency partners, IT partners, and data providers to yield desired outcomes.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the global lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop and maintain core digital marketing processes to support collaboration and communication among the global marketing organization; Identify gaps in processes and systems to optimize workflows.
- Manage digital marketing aspects of key marketing systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager used for digital marketing initiatives, including managing segmentation strategy, building journey maps, loading creative, tagging, testing, and managing outputs.
- Provide cross-functional project management oversight for major digital marketing initiatives and campaigns by collaborating with marketing peers as well as peers in IT and other disciplines as needed.
- Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers and developers throughout the process
- Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities
- Craft a product vision (short- and long-term) and convert it to concrete strategy
- Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build multiyear digital product roadmaps that will be reflected in the company's broader portfolio planning
- Support implementation of the selected marketing technology stack in partnership with the IT organization to optimize results for the global marketing organization
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate across the global marketing organization + cross-functional teams to assess resources allocation and optimize our investments in channels, resources, and programs
- Partner with the Global Head of Digital Marketing & Analytics and IT to manage third-party partners specific to web commerce, marketing automation, email management, and digital asset management/content management
- Track and deliver reporting, best practices and insights for SEO and help steer the build of dashboards in Google Analytics; Coordinate with members of data team to ensure data and insights are readily available to be leveraged appropriately for marketing planning and analysis of campaign results
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital, or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in marketing with direct experience around digital marketing, online commerce and/or MarTech operations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, enterprise-level project timelines; Experience creating and executing against a project plan
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across all levels and functions of the organization
- Global and cross-cultural agility with a desire to optimize effective + streamlined communication between teams
- Excellent communicator with the ability to create and/or approve content in line with the Interface global tone of voice
- Strong analytical + organizational skills, complex problem solver
- Superior relationship builder and manager who can interact successfully at all levels of the company, from individual contributors to executive management
- Maintains strong relationship with agency partners
- Track record of optimizing marketing investments to maximize revenue
- Management of marketing technology tools required, including but not limited to Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, & Sales Cloud), Adobe Experience Manager (Assets, Sites, and Brand Portal), Atlassian JIRA, and Google Analytics along with other marketing tracking and analytics tools; you will be expected to be "hands on" within these platforms
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of core web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Experience with SQL queries and general knowledge of relational databases
- Self-starter with proactive approach to work
- Passion for design, sustainability, and the Interface purpose and mission
Requirements:
- Travel estimated at 10%
- Ability to potentially travel both within and outside the US
- Work expectations and commitments will occasionally include evenings and weekends
