This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Global Digital Marketing Manager in Eindhoven with Signify.

As a Global Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the main digital marketing activities within the business professional with the aim to drive awareness, customer engagement, and generate leads.

• Leading digital campaigns, in close collaboration with campaign managers in markets, by defining the effective (digital) campaign, media, and targeting strategies (SEA, Paid social, Programmatic and Display), developing impactful creative assets, and creating a seamless digital journey.

• Developing and managing CRM campaigns including A/B testing, personalization, and automation in close collaboration with the CRM product owner, digital operations teams, and content creators across the marketing team.

• Analyzing SEO performance of websites/pages in scope and leading SEO optimizations.

• Setting campaign targets and ensuring continuous performance tracking, reporting, analysis, and performance improvement loops, including campaign ROI and industry benchmarks working together with the Digital Marketing Insights & Analytics specialist

• Contributing to digital projects such as Signify.com web site optimization.

• Developing a center of excellence for e-commerce, including guidance on KPI target setting, reporting and analysis, setting standards (e.g. new product listings, content creation, upselling, and cross-selling), recommending activation strategies, including SEO and sharing best practices

• 7+ years proven track record in developing impactful international digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment, with proven success in driving engagement and conversion

• A true digital marketing specialist, with demonstrated international experience in the areas of Paid campaigns, CRM, SEO, content creation, and building seamless digital journeys

• Extensive experience in working in a matrix organization in an international B2B environment; able to communicate with senior management as well as colleagues.

• Tactical thinker with a creative mind and hands-on mentality

• Strong project and time management skills, highly organized, proactive, and flexible

• Data-driven and outward-looking, creative and entrepreneurial attitude with a constant drive for innovation and staying ahead of the curve

• University degree in digital /marketing or MBA
