Currently we are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our creative team and contribute to our company success.
What will you be doing?

Maintaining and updating the digital marketing campaign calendar

Holding Team Meetings
-
Holding monthly trainings
-
Global to local comms distribution and updating newsletter through DotDigital
-
Maintenace of Global Digital Marketing Allego channel
-
Maintenance and organization of Teams files & training materials
-
Team coordination in implementation of global-to-local website changes
-
Expenses monitoring and reconciliation
-
Uploading assets in backlog into BrandSpace & DAM
What will you need to be successful?
-
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in MedTech, IT, marketing or Business Operations

Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project

Knowledge of project management methodologies, data analysis, ability to optimize processes and manage project budget
-
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a global, multicultural environment, and to manage stakeholders at different levels of the organization

English language fluency
-
Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing or related
