The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

As a Global Digital Campaign Expert in the Digital Campaigns Chapter, you are playing a pivotal role in global campaign content planning creation, activation, and reuse for Foundational Products. You establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across the global Pharma brand teams, ensuring effective communication between brand and production teams. Your strategic insight allows you to offer crucial recommendations on content development, co-create omnichannel strategies, and drive content reuse across Roche. You leverage your knowledge of the Life Science industry to ensure global campaigns are strategically aligned and adaptable to evolving needs. 

Your Opportunity:

  • Establish and engage with senior stakeholders and affiliates across global Pharma networks, ensuring effective communication between brand teams, production teams and affiliate teams

  • Provide strategic recommendations on content development, drive content creation based on briefs feed with AI, co-create omnichannel strategies and campaign strategies, and accountable for coordinating digital (email) campaign execution

  • Utilize Life Science industry knowledge and marketing automation (email channel, preferably Salesforce or OCE-D) to ensure global campaigns are strategically aligned and adaptable to evolving needs of global brand teams and affiliate strategies

  • Coordinate localization and deployment process of campaigns through effective project management tools 

  • Center of excellence: providing recommendations on KPIs and metrics across customer journey touchpoints, implement learnings and share best practices with stakeholders.

  • Shape service level by driving best practices, continuous improvement, feedback, and facilitating regular communication within a team of Digital Project Delivery Specialists to ensure priorities are clear and processes are aligned

  • Overseeing, training and coaching team members across regions

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred and minimum of 6+ years of experience in global campaign content production, management, digital strategy, or related roles.

  • You have a proven track record in building and maintaining strategic relationships with global stakeholders and engaging in high-level discussions.

  • You have a good understanding of the Life Science industry, including regulatory and compliance aspects.

  • You are expert in providing strategic recommendations on content development, omnichannel strategies, and content reuse, special focus on email channel and email strategies (good understanding of user journeys is required)

  • You possess strong analytical skills with experience in tracking campaign performance.

  • You own exceptional communication, leadership skills, and ability to lead and adapt omnichannel campaigns to meet changing needs, managing expectations and coordinating with global teams and external agencies.

  • You preferably have intermediate knowledge of OCD-E.
