Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft Intune Expertise: Configure and manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), including policies, compliance settings, and conditional access.
- Mobile Device Management: Oversee and maintain Android and iOS devices, including familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
- Teams Meeting Room Systems Support: Provide support for meeting room technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV equipment, and video conferencing systems while ensuring smooth integration with collaboration tools.
- Networking & Security: Maintain a strong understanding of network protocols, endpoint security solutions, authentication, encryption, data protection, compliance regulations, and privacy concerns.
- Automation & Deployment: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and manage automated deployments in Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with IT teams, facilities, and other departments to ensure seamless device operations.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide clear documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in multi-functional teams to support IT, facilities, and other departments.
- Security Awareness: Deep understanding of security best practices, especially within unified communications and endpoint management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of IT experience, focusing on mobile device management and/or meeting room systems, preferably in a multinational enterprise-level environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or equivalent.
