Job description

This role focuses on translating strategic initiatives and product launches into impactful, full-funnel campaign frameworks that build awareness and generate pipeline across markets. As part of the HQ team, you will define how campaigns should be built and executed globally, while working closely with regional teams responsible for local delivery. We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking and creative concepting with hands-on campaign experience.

What does it take?

  • Develop strategic concepts and frameworks for demand generation campaigns and translate them into scalable, multi-channel programs
  • Translate product launches and strategic priorities into clear campaign narratives, activation plans, and scalable toolkits based on Product Marketing messaging
  • Brief and guide creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign assets
  • Bring hands-on experience in full-funnel management, with strong understanding of how campaigns drive impact from awareness to pipeline and revenue
  • Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with commercial priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals
  • Apply segmentation, intent data, and vertical approaches to improve targeting and campaign relevance
  • Evaluate campaign performance, gather insights from markets, and continuously optimize frameworks and approaches
  • Introduce campaign programs to regional teams and support market rollout and adoption

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing is a must, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, telecom, or enterprise technology
  • Proven experience planning and executing campaigns end-to-end (hands-on execution background required)
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable campaign concepts and frameworks
  • Experience working closely with Sales and understanding funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, pipeline, revenue)
  • Good understanding of integrated marketing across digital and offline channels
  • Familiarity with segmentation, intent data, and account-focused marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional, global environments
  • Fluent English (C1; the job operates at a global level).

Additional Information

This is a temporary position (maternity cover) based in Bratislava but can be fulfilled from other ESET EU-based offices (Czech Republic, Italy, Germany, UK, Netherlands). You are expected to visit the HQ team in Bratislava at least once per month to strengthen team cohesion, facilitate effective knowledge sharing, and ensure continued alignment with strategic objectives.

Basic wage component (gross): from 3000 EUR

  • Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 15% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).

  • The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
