Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

This new role within the Global Data Office (GDO) will drive the strategy and roadmap for global data management capabilities, specifically focusing on agentic AI and AI-first solutions and platform. You will bridge the gap between innovative solutions developed by GDO and global data scientists, enterprise leverage and scale, and operational execution. You will take Equifax’s global data fabric and other cloud components to the next level of automation. While our data scientists build the AI agents and solutions, and IT manages our global technical infrastructure, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product strategy, planning, and delivery of these solutions to internal (and, in some cases, external) users. Your missions are driving strategies (1) to ensure “AI Ready Data” is available to drive Equifax’s customer-facing AI solutions, including our development of an enterprise semantic layer and (2) to automate common data management tasks to make it faster and easier to innovate with and use Equifax data.

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for two days of remote work (Monday and Friday) with 3 days onsite (Tuesday thru Thursday) every week.

This role reports to our Midtown (OAC, Atlanta) office and our Alpharetta (JVW) office may be considered.

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Influence & Global BU Alignment: Act as a strategic partner aligning different business units, IT, and functions with a shared vision for scale, innovation, and efficiency for AI Ready Data and AI-driven data management products, bridging the gap between technical “how” and business “why” to secure funding and adoption.

  • Capability Discovery & User Centric Design: Utilize design thinking, value stream mapping, and other techniques to identify and measure friction in BU data management  operations & analytics processes, and co-design capabilities and user journeys focused on both local needs and global impact.

  • Technical & Functional Partnership: Drive collaboration on required capabilities (people and processes, in addition to tools), providing expertise and “systems thinking” in the design of a global “AI-first” architecture for data.

  • Internal Product Roadmap Execution: Manage the roadmap for AI Ready Data and AI-driven data management products, forecast and plan resource requirements for initiatives, and establish routines to drive cross-functional execution. Partner with data scientists, IT, and others to evolve prototypes into deployed and adopted internal services, using measurement of improvement and efficiency gains to continuously refine the product roadmap and drive the next cycle of innovation.

  • Product Strategy & Go To Market: Orchestrate the launch and adoption of internal data management-tasked AI solutions by defining product positioning, identifying high-impact use cases, and establishing feedback loops between data science teams and business units to ensure measurable ROI. Establish and lead a "federated internal market" and identify opportunities to monetize internal solutions with external customers.

What Experience You Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM major or related field required; Master’s Degree in technical or business discipline preferred

  • Product Expertise: 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in financial services or high-scale data / digital business models

  • Technical Literacy: Proven experience with cloud-based products (GCP preferred) and a deep understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models; hands on experience working with large datasets using foundational (SQL, Python, etc.) and big data data technologies; experience working with sensitive data (PII, PCI, etc.)

  • Agentic AI/MLOps Experience: Experience bringing AI solutions (esp. Agentic AI) from prototype to production

  • Execution Methodologies: Demonstrated success applying Agile, Lean Thinking, and Design Thinking to drive collaborative execution and innovation

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed, federated environment, coordinating across independent global business units

What Success Looks Like

  • The Global Semantic Layer is standardized as the "Source of Truth" for EFX.AI, reducing hallucination rates, ensuring metric consistency, and improving agent performance across all 7 regions.

  • Internal AI Agents have automated routine, time intensive, and error prone data management workflows, achieving positive incrementally delivered ROI

  • A "Federated AI Marketplace" is active, with Business Units contributing their own "AI Ready Data” products and agentic AI data management solutions to global infrastructure.
