- Data Processing: Extract, clean, engineer, and analyze data to provide valuable insights.
- Service & Experience Growth: Identify opportunities for service improvements and user experience enhancement.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teams and engineers to improve service strategy.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback to refine services.
- Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards using relevant tools, with a strong focus on Power BI.
