Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, you as a Global Customer Master Data will be responsible for providing customer service and support to POWR-GARD internal and external customers, while ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant customer master data within SAP PRD. You will manage and maintain global customer accounts, support internal business units and auditors, and ensure customer information is aligned with corporate policies and requirements.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and business units to manage customer master data requests, territory changes, reporting, audits, and account updates. In this role, you will also serve as a Littelfuse Business Center administrator, supporting testing, system changes, updates, and new user profile assignments while contributing to Lean Enterprise practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Job:Manage and maintain global customer master data in SAP PRD, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant information aligned with corporate policies.
Create and update customer master accounts in SAP PRD, including addresses, internal and external contacts, emails, ship-to accounts, representative numbers, and ZS representative numbers.
Monitor and respond to requests received through the Global Customer Master inbox and identify the appropriate sales organization owner.
Generate transaction reports and provide required information to support internal audits and external auditors.
Perform internal audits of customer master data and follow up on requests from business units and auditors.
Run reports to maintain account accuracy, including credit limits, credit blocks, current addresses, and other relevant customer information.
Review ship-to address reports, including drop shipments, and identify potential issues related to customer accounts and territory assignments.
Assist with regional territory changes and related customer master data updates.
Serve as Littelfuse Business Center administrator, supporting testing, system changes, updates, and new user registration and profile assignments.
Maintain exception tables such as order minimums and freight allowed, as applicable.
Maintain buying group accounts and perform required updates.
Practice and adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP, preferably in Customer Master Data management.
Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience with effective communication with internal stakeholders and auditors.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with the ability to independently identify, initiate, and complete tasks.
