Es responsable de apoyar y mantener las actividades de cumplimiento en materia de comercio internacional de la compañía en México. Este puesto garantiza el apego a las regulaciones aduaneras aplicables, los requisitos de importación y exportación, así como los programas de comercio exterior, con un enfoque especial en el cumplimiento del programa IMMEX.
Trabajará de manera transversal con las áreas de Importación y Exportación, Logística, Compras, Operaciones, Agentes Aduanales y equipos de Legal y Cumplimiento para reducir riesgos, mantener documentación precisa y asegurar operaciones transfronterizas eficientes.
Principales Actividades:
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación aduanera y regulaciones de comercio exterior, garantizando el apego a la normativa mexicana, políticas corporativas y programas aplicables.
Administrar y garantizar el cumplimiento del programa IMMEX, incluyendo control de importaciones temporales, conciliación de inventarios, cumplimiento de Anexo 24 y 31, así como preparación y atención de auditorías.
Validar la correcta ejecución de operaciones de importación y exportación, mediante la revisión de pedimentos, clasificación arancelaria, reglas de origen, valor en aduana y documentación de comercio exterior.
Coordinar la relación con agentes aduanales, autoridades y áreas internas, asegurando la continuidad operativa, la resolución de incidencias y la alineación entre operaciones, logística, finanzas y cadena de suministro.
Gestionar auditorías, certificaciones y programas de seguridad en la cadena de suministro, incluyendo OEA, CTPAT y TISAX, identificando riesgos, implementando acciones correctivas y manteniendo la preparación ante inspecciones regulatorias.
Escolaridad
- Inglés conversacional Indispensable
- Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, Gestión empresarial, Derecho o carrera afín.
Experiencia
- 5 a 8 años de experiencia en áreas relacionadas a:
- Cumplimiento de comercio exterior.
- Cumplimiento aduanero.
- Operaciones de importación y exportación.
- Conocimiento práctico de:
- Legislación aduanera mexicana.
- Regulaciones de comercio exterior.
- Operación y administración de programas IMMEX.
- Requisitos de Anexo 24 y Anexo 31.
- Clasificación arancelaria.
- Valoración aduanera.
- Reglas de origen.
- Documentación de importación y exportación.
- Relación con agentes aduanales y autoridades gubernamentales.
- Auditorías aduaneras y revisiones de autoridades.
- Experiencia especifica en:
- T-MEC / USMCA.
- Certificación IVA-IEPS.
- Drawback.
- PROSEC.
- Gestión de cambios de ingeniería que impacten origen y clasificación arancelaria.
- Auditorías SAT y Secretaría de Economía.
- SAP o plataforma similar de Trade Compliance.
- Familiaridad con sistemas ERP y herramientas de administración de comercio exterior.
- Experiencia previa en empresas manufactureras o maquiladoras, preferentemente del sector automotriz.

Skills Required
- Conversational English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Law, or related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in foreign trade compliance, customs compliance, or import and export operations
- Practical knowledge of Mexican customs legislation and foreign trade regulations
- Experience administering IMMEX and complying with Anexo 24 and Anexo 31
- Knowledge of tariff classification, customs valuation, rules of origin, and import/export documentation
- Experience working with customs brokers and government authorities
- Experience with customs audits and regulatory authority reviews
- Experience with T-MEC/USMCA, IVA-IEPS certification, drawback, and PROSEC
- Experience managing engineering changes affecting origin and tariff classification
- Experience with SAP or a similar trade compliance platform
- Familiarity with ERP systems and foreign trade management tools
- Experience in manufacturing or maquiladora companies, preferably automotive
