The Global Custody Registration Market Specialist is a member of the CAP Registration team in Service Delivery, which is the department that’s responsible for managing the market investment approval and account opening processes for markets that require foreign investor registration and/or documentation requirements to open cash and securities accounts.

You will support the team in assisting clients with registration requests.  You will assist team members with database updates and maintenance and updates to registration kits, while providing other general team support functions. The position requires an individual with great attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and client service skills.

Global Market Entry & Custody Onboarding and Processing

  • Maintain database reflecting changes in status for market registration approvals and/or account opening processes

  • Produce cover letters and shipping materials, as required for sending documentation materials

  • Prepare documentation for submission to sub-custodians and local markets, including copying, faxing, and scanning, etc

  • Maintain teams files and registration kits

  • Perform account reconciliations, projects, and related duties as requested

  • Develop expertise in client structures and market entry readiness, documentation expectations, and timeline drivers.

  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen onboarding and registration processes

Client Experience & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide clear, proactive status updates to internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the registration lifecycle.

  • Assist team in coordinating submissions, approvals, and market-specific documentation requirements.

  • Escalate issues and risks early to protect client experience and outcomes.

  • Support the team in managing client requests ensuring accurate tracking and transparency throughout the process.

  • Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA degree preferably in a business or finance related concentration and/or equivalent work experience           

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurately under tight deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and an ownership mindset.

  • Strong ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills

   

Salary Range

MA: $45,000 - $60,000 base salary + annual target bonus

The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
