Job Description

As Global Copywriter and Catalogue Touchpoint Owner you will be part of the global marketing team of the business unit Measuring Tools. You will be responsible to write global master copy for campaign creatives and product texts, as well to develop the business unit catalogue strategy. You will also take care of ensuring implementation with the business unit’s catalogue strategy in cooperation with the regional teams.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Enable marketing asset creation process with strong, brand-identical copies, which resonate with Bosch Measuring Tools target audiences
  • Collaborate with lead agencies and regional stakeholders to ensure regional/local relevance and potentials of the global copies
  • Develop the global BU catalog strategy based on overarching Marketing and touchpoint strategy for Business Unit and cross-BUs with a focus on improving engagement and conversion by ensuring a user-centric UX design, relevant and engaging content.
  • The development of the catalog strategy also includes mixed solutions: digital and paper.
  • Coordinate with the BU data quality manager for the correctness and completeness of the data
  • Coordinate with the portfolio teams to include the latest products launches
  • Coordinate with the other BUs to ensure an integrated PT solutions
  • Coordinate with the “IT system” stakeholders that all the needed system capabilities for implementation are considered and implemented (e.g. digital print on demand solution)
  • Steer with the Regions the usage of the catalogue and align on the regional adaptations

 

Qualifications

Which requirements are important to us?

   Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field (Master is a plus).

-   Experience: In order to be successful in this job, you would need to have the majority of professional experiences listed below:

  • You are passionate marketing expert with  more than 5 years of experience in marketing, especially on the creative field.
  • You have creativity, ability to understand the target audiences of Power Tools. 
  • You have deep understanding  sales and product-distribution mechanism.

-   Personality: If most of the sentences below are true to you, you’d have a good chance to a perfect match with our requirements:

  • You are team player with a proven track record in digital marketing and/or digital sales.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to handle complexity.
  • You are excellent communicator, creative person and skilled in internal stakeholder management.
  • You have positive and proactive attitude, creative mindset and willingness to not only apply but also build processes.
  • You have strong result-orientation and clear commitment to achieving ROI targets.
  • Profound analytical and contextual thinking with a data-driven mindset.

Working practice: Capability to handle a diverse landscape of internal stakeholders with differing interests across hierarchy levels.

-   Languages: You are fluent in English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
