About the job
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Coordinator to join our international marine service support team. As our new Global Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating attendance across Europe, working closely with Global Technical Specialists and other Global Coordinators. Your primary tasks will involve:
Collaborate with local coordinators when local field service engineers are needed for field service.
Own the schedule of the international service engineers, as well as schedule and reschedule international service engineers by using a global planning tool.
Book flights and manage travel arrangements for service engineers.
Check and monitor vessel schedules to ensure service activities are aligned.
Communicate any changes internally and externally to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
Consult Global Technical Specialists if needed to administrate the field service and meet customer needs.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
About you

Required Qualifications:
You hold an educational background in office assistance, logistics, or a related field.
You preferably bring experience from a similar position.
You are proficient in Excel and the general Microsoft Office package.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, is considered an advantage.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English are a prerequisite.
The Global Coordinator position is a temporary role to January 31, 2027.
